Update 1.0.0.8

Thanks for following the development of Risen Kingdoms, Update 1.0.0.8 adds many additions behind the scenes to get the game ready for its campaign mode, included in this update are various additions to the existing scenarios as well as a new custom scenario that shows off some features of the scenario editor.
