Update 1.0.3.8

Quick update to add both sound and music audio levels to the options menu.

This update also fixes several bugs including AI heroes not being able to learn ranged attacks by going down the spell casting skill tree.

The (learned) skill now also changes the heroes attack type from physical to Magical.
